i totally disagree with Azra Kazi cheating on some one whether or not you are married to a person is wrong.
so what your saying is the only person you should be faith full to or give your trust to should be your husband or wife?
if you cheat on your boyfriend and he finds out he wont trust you obviously, what if later on you start to fall in love with him then what will you do?
as they say 'trust is a fragile thing' no matter if its with your family, friends boyfriend or husband.
it takes years to build and a second to break!!
also you feel there is no need to cheat on someone i you love them, so up until you love the person you will cheat on them.you cant base love or a relationship on unfaithfulness.

Lying
i think lying can be excused for depending on the situation.
if you are lying to get your self out of trouble for something that you did actually do or if you lie to cause troulbe between people then it is wrong.
though lying is wrong overall in some cases lying can be be done for the benafit of others.
for example lying to children to stop them from going some where or doing something keeping them out of harms way, is an acceptable reason and time to lie.

stalking
When does a concerned interest in somebody's activities become stalking?
I think there is a difference between being interested in someones interests and stalking because stalking is an obsessive behaviour one has towards another person which makes them feel uncomfortable.
it becomes stalking when a the victims every move is being watched of they are being followed constantly unexpectedly.
it some cases it can be frightinig if you do not even know the person or if they dont talk to you.
this website tells you to what extent is it stalking.or how you can deal with poeple stalking you or your family.
Prostitution-response to Mohammad.O.Riaz
how can you say that it is not prostitution because the money was taken and given for the intention of sex.whether or not it was supplied in the end the main thing was about the intention.
if the man or the women did not change their mind the sex would have taken place!!!!
just because she did not have sex with him that night does no mean she doesn't all the other nights.
on the other hand if her intention was to deceive him and not not have sex, the man did not know that.. it left him to think that she is a prostitute(for which he gave her money), even though she may not class herself as one in the end it is what people will label her as one

smoking
over all i do think that smoking is an addiction but i also think that the addiction develops in the latter stage, as in you cannot get addicted at the first cigarette you smoke.so i think smoking or starting to smoke is just a due fascination in the beginning.
for example.I started smoking not because i liked it in actual fact when i first tried it i did not like the taste at all but i just wanted to try it to see why everyone was smoking including members of my family.when i tried it i felt dizzy and started coughing. i tried it as a fascination wondering why people smoke and how they feel after it.
after that i still tried it thinking it might start to taste better and i might reach the good feeling that everyone does when smoking.
later on it became an addiction.

prostitution
in this lecture we saw a clip where the lady and man exchanged money from eachother in exchange for sex.later we were questioned, is it still prostitution to take money from someone for sex but then not supply it?
in my opinion i think it is still prostitution just because she did not end up having sex with that particular man it does not mean that she is not a prostitutr in the prostitution trade.
At the same time the money as given and taken with the intention of sex otherwise money would have not been given.
i think everything we do is based upon our intention and if along the way circumstances change the situation or you just generally change your mind it does not defeat what the person was thinkng back then at the time of taking the money.

joining a religious cult/being to religious.
I think this lecture was one of the most insightful lectures so far.
could being religious or 'too religious' be a bad thing? that depends on what people see as being to religious or extreme.
for example some Muslim women wear a robe it is free flowing long piece of clothing which does not distinguish your figure, usually in the colour black.
as it is not very common it is seen as them being to religious and 'extreme' that's the term which is mainly used.whereas for the Muslims it is normal so upon hearing comments like this they think what is extreme about covering up your body.
the same happened when ladies started wearing scarfs, at that point is was seen as oppression and extremism but over the years is has become common and turned in to a fashionable thing!!
so in conclusion it is just based on what is common in our society, and known as the 'norm'.
on the other hand of being religious even talking about religion can give of the image that a person is to religious.
i also think there is a difference between preaching about your religion and debating your religion, putting others down for what they believe in.
preaching is talking about the beauty of your religion or religions and helping others understand it, which would bring people closer together.
where as debating turns in to an argument where you end up pointing out the bad aspects of the religions which causes conflict!!
this website gives you descriptions of various religions and ethical systems.

Theft
if you take something that should have been paid for is theft no matter what the circumstances are weather it is sweet from the shop or a car.
i also think that people get pleasure out of theft and robbery because it is something you are not supposed to do and at the same time you are not hurting anybody.
